Mark Harrick - Principal
Mark holds a Bachelor of Economics, a Bachelor of Laws, a Diploma of Commercial Law and a Graduate Diploma in Notarial Practice.
Mark is a Commercial Litigation Specialist, Business Law Specialist and a Notary Public accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria. Mark is a member of the Law Council's Insolvency and Reconstruction Committee, Commercial Litigation Advisory Committee and Business Law Advisory Committee.
Siew Hon Wilson - Senior Lawyer
Siew holds a Bachelor of Economics and a Bachelor of Laws. Siew is a Commercial Litigation Specialist accredited by the Law Institute of Victoria.
In her capacity as commercial litigation partner at Home Wilkinson and Lowry and consultant with Ponte Earle Harrick, Siew acted on behalf of banks, insurance companies, private companies and individuals in a wide range of commercial and property disputes. Siew speaks Cantonese, Mandarin, Teochew and Bahasa Malaysia.
Cassie O'Bryan - Associate Lawyer
Cassie holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) and a Bachelor of Laws. Cassie is a member of the Victorian Women Lawyers’ Association and the Australian Labour Law Association.
Cassie has experience in preparing business and commercial contracts, agreements and deeds as well as having experience in both large and small scale litigations.
Dina Skapetis - Associate Lawyer
Dina holds a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), a Bachelor of Laws and a Graduate Diploma of Legal Practice. Dina is a member of the International Womens Insolvency Restructuring Confederation and the Insolvency Practitioners Association of Australia.
Dina has worked on a wide variety of insolvency matters since joining Harrick Lawyers and has experience in resolving commercial dispute matters.
